Who wrote it

I'm Bon Lam.

Two years at BlackRock (Client Business + COO team) before I left to build Bon English DSE — an 8-figure HK tutoring brand. Five years in: a team that runs without me, and a business I now operate on ~10 hours a week.

Along the way I became an AI-native operator. Not a user — an operator. I ship my own tools, run my own pipelines, don't outsource the thinking.
